Make tiles from clay and learn beautiful decorating techniques 
 
Learn how to make tiles from clay  with resident Ceramic Artist, Emma Jayne Robertson.
 
This course comprises of 2 sessions .
 
In the first session you will learn how to prepare your clay and then be guided step-by-step through the processes for keeping your tile flat.
Emma will share lots of tips and tricks, with support and guidance throughout.
 
In the second session you will be taught how to decorate your tile using techniques such as Sgraffito and carving.
 
You will be able to choose whether to have your tiles gloss glazed or not and then collect your masterpieces once they have been fired in our kilns. (Please note that this could take a few weeks, as it will need to dry out thoroughly and then be fired twice.)
