Upcoming Activities:
Tie Dye      30 mins-1 hour +
Tie up your fabric and apply brightly coloured dyes to create traditional Tie-Dye patterns.
Leave overnight before revealing your tremendous Tie Dye design .
Two pieces of cotton fabric are included or you can Bring Your Own light coloured cotton t-shirt or item to dye, or we can Order one for you. (Please add your item when booking and let us know the size required.)
 
String Art      2 hours + (age 8+)
Use coloured thread and pins to create your own picture
Choose a letter of the Alphabet or from a range of other designs.
Small pins are hammered into a cork base following the outline of your chosen shape.
You will then ‘colour it in’ using a variety of coloured threads hooked around the pin heads.
There are lots of patterns that you can make using the thread and we will provide a pattern sheet for you take home.
It is quite fiddly to tie the knots, but the EJaRt Creative staff will be on hand to help.
 
Block or Mono Printing      30 mins-1 hour +
Experiment with simple printing techniques; use either the mono printing method for unique printed pictures that you can layer up, or carve into a foam block to create a design that can be repeated.
