Service Description

The Fee includes both sessions taking place over 2 mornings Inspired by the natural world, Helen's aim is to create watercolour paintings which will enhance life and lift the spirit with a fresh light touch. Hares are the theme for this workshop and Helen will share with you her experience and knowledge of how to obtain beautiful effects from the watercolour. Learn watercolour techniques, allowing the pigment and water combination to work magic on the paper. There will be plenty of inspiration supplied but, if you have your own Hare images, please feel free to bring them along. Helen's sessions are very relaxed and allow you to experiment with the techniques shown whilst getting lots of expert advice. Suitable for Beginners and the more Experienced. Notes for your Visit: We are Certified "GOOD to GO" All our workshops are compliant with the current COVID 19 Government Guidelines. All work tables are socially distanced and each table is screened with clear acrylic. Tutors and Staff wear face masks. Sanitising stations and hand washing facilities are available. We ask that ALL Students over 11yrs wear face masks please. We have disposable aprons available but if you have your own apron then please bring this along. We are not serving refreshments at this current time owing to our COVID- 19 restrictions. However, The Barn Café will be open next door. The Barn can get cold during the Winter months, we endeavour to keep it as warm as possible, but we recommend a few extra layers to ensure you are nice and comfortable! Workshops are restricted in numbers so book early to avoid disappointment.
